Sugar has a knack for messing up people's plans, though she rarely does so on purpose. She just acts like a curious, energetic child who has little knowledge about the Human World. She wants to explore and get into things. This can lead to hilarious shenanigans and mishaps. (Doesn't help that she is also rather klutzy.)

Then there is the matter of "twinkles." Finding twinkles is the most important training for season fairies. The twinkles help their Magic Flower grow. In order to graduate, they must collect enough twinkles to make their Magic Flower bloom. Twinkles can be found in the Human World.

But there's one catch: none of the apprentices know what a twinkle is.

Apprentices must find the twinkles on their own. Which means they are given no hints about what they are looking for. They can only guess. Sugar thinks a twinkle is something that, well, twinkles. Meaning all pretty, shiny, and sparkly things are suspect. Sugar will try to grab these twinkly things, even if they belong to someone else. But no worries! This little thief will be easy to dissuade. If told what the object is, namely NOT a twinkle, she'll return it without much fuss.

If your character has an item that seems like a "twinkle," please fill out the following questions. Same goes for her CR.

These kisses hold no romantic significance to her. Is it okay if Sugar kisses your character? Haha, yes. Aradia will be so confused.
Can Sugar hug your character? Yeah, totally.
Is it okay if Sugar messes up their plans? Sure, sounds fun. Although if she breaks one of Aradia's artifacts the wrath of gog may descend upon her, haha.
Does your character have any items that could be mistaken for a twinkle? She keeps most of her important items in her sylladex, so probably not, unless Sugar were to get into her room at the outpost and find her collection there. She totally trails sparkles when she flies, though, so she might count as a twinkle herself!
Can Sugar touch/take said twinkly things? Yeah, none of it is harmful. Especially her own self.

Sugar has a trail of magic fairy sparkles too, so she would more likely think Aradia was a giant season fairy.

Entirely possible! I haven't done a full inventory or anything, so we could say she does for the purposes of fun. And she's worn jewelry before so she probably has some of that - oh! I just remembered she always wears an amber necklace with a bug frozen in it. Not really sparkly per se, but shiny definitely.

She leaves a trail of shiny "pixie dust" when she flies around, does that count? If not, she has those shiny gaming dice and lots of eight balls.
Can Sugar touch/take said twinkly things? Touch her wings! Do it. Dice, go for it. She likely won't even know they're missing she has so much.

Sugar also leaves a sparkly trail when she flies, so that probably wouldn't count. But she might mistake her for a giant season fairy. How confusing!

Is it okay if Sugar kisses your character? Sure, lol. In case you couldn't tell by me letting her get away with it already. xD
Can Sugar hug your character? Yep! Even during Rise's fairy loss, which is technically over but still backtagging. :3 (And Rise will probably be a fairy again someday...)
Is it okay if Sugar messes up their plans? If Rise ever tries to cook, please mess it up! You'll save a lot of lives! xD
Does your character have any items that could be mistaken for a twinkle? Nothing in particular, but Rise always accessorizes, so chances are she'd wear sparkly earrings and/or necklaces often.
Can Sugar touch/take said twinkly things? Sure, and Rise won't even be too mad if she returns everything. She might get a little indignant the first time, though. Or shriek at whatever's tugging at her ear. ^_~

Is it okay if Sugar kisses your character? Even more confusion and sort of uncomfortable.
Can Sugar hug your character? He will be oddly uncomfortable with it.

Duke has magic, which does tend to do motes of light when he's casting.
He also has a pair of gold beads on either side of his coat, attached to the shoulders by a string.
Can Sugar touch/take said twinkly things?
Duke's magic can't be touched unless he does something to make it solid / casts a spell. He will likely never target her with his magic (aside from healing-) so she will not be hurt or able to touch his offensive spell effects. the worst she will get is some vague feeling of the element.
On the other hand, there are beads on the edge of his coat. They hang off of string from his shoulders and could probably be taken.
